I'm assuming it is the Freestyle Mastery from Buu Saga.
I would fill that Sensei deck. There are a lot of random cards that you can put in there just for the heck of it. You never know when a well placed Horrified can help. If you need space, HUH??? doesn't need to be in TE.

Allies... interesting choice... I was thinking Nail or Kid Trunks WGS... or even Mariakoh... you might even want to consider a few allies.

For your Non-Combats, you'll want to run Where There's Life There's Hope and Fatherly Advice if you have them.

I would run a few more drills like Caught Off Guard Drill to abuse your Mastery.

Tien's Jolting Aura has been errataed, so it will not work as you want it to. Tien actually has to perform it.

The rest, for the most part, seems pretty solid. I would run a lot more blocks than that; there will be times when you need blocks against cards like Cosmic Backlash. You can always run Goku's Super Saiyan Blast and Yamcha's Skillful Defense because they are named and get around Solar Flare.

I think there's a few Krillin cards that need to go in but I can't put my mind on them. One I know you should try out is Krillin's Surprise. Why? Simple. First turn you can Mastery, get Krillin's Surprise, and level immediately. Cool eh?

I would run some anti-ally as well. You'll also need Goku's Running Defense.

For some reason He's Safe doesn't excite me.

Here is a neat combo you should try... A Pair of Goodness (League card). When attacking, and you have this card in hand with a energy attack, use you Mastery to get another copy... and attach this. Viola. Free energy attacks. Broke.

Have fun with that. Try it out and see if it works. Good luck, and if you manage to find me at Worlds (I'll have my sister dressed as Videl, I'll obviously look like my card, and have a rolling backpack full of cards), let me know how it is going, ok?
