While I'd love to help your deck, I don't think I can. Honestly.

Your deck is REALLY confusing. I'm lost just looking at it. I don't even know what you are trying to do with it. All I see is exactly what you told me: SS, TS, and some assorted cards all thrown together into a big mess with Broly as your MP that you got from the movie. None of those Brolys are playable except the level 2 in anger, mainly Red.

Here's your problem. You don't have a focus or a theme. This is one of the things that beginners need to understand in order to be good at any card game at all. You need to figure out how you want to win (Survival, DB, Anger, DV) and how you want to do it (eg Survival - stall, straight discard/mill, ally, energy, physical). Then there are the even more intricate parts like do you want to make a "Carpet" deck or a hybrid of any of the above. And of course, there are a million other ideas out there.

You've got your MP (which you should by all means run at least 1-4 or 1-5 because of silly 1-3 anger decks), but need a Mastery, and Sensei. Sure I don't run a Mastery in my main deck, but you really have to know what you are doing if you want to play without one. As a beginner, I am probably right to assume you don't have one. Thing is, you'll need one to help round out your theme. Blue CS often means some DB variant, with occasional beatdown. Black CS often means Carpet, but sometimes you'll see DB and beatdown. Orange MBS will mean some kind of Drill control, possibly with DB or energy beats or even physical beats with Orange Vegeta's Assault. You're missing your Sensei Deck of course, and integral part of the game. Now you need to figure out what to do with your deck. You've got cards in your deck that are totally useless as well, while you've got others that can easily be upgraded to another card (Red Knee Strike is nothing compared to Red Blocking Hand).

I'm not trying to be mean, but if I had to give you a rating from 1-10 where 1 is the lowest, you'll get a 1.1. You've just got no focus. You can't expect random cards thrown together to work, because quite frankly, it won't.

Good luck sir. Key is, you just need to figure out what you want to do and go from there. You've got a long way to go. Good luck.

Also try out GT. I don't really want to tech any more Z decks because most techs will look very similar in the sense that your decks are geared toward a whole different game. GT plays a lot like Z, but with enough changes that it makes games a lot different. I did yours quickly because I just copied and pasted and edited my the last tech I did. Rules changed and so will decks. You'll need to keep up to be good at DBZ, as well as any CCG.
