Piccolo lvl 1

Expanded- This is a good choice for a lvl 1, for some decks Trained is still better, but this is really good as built in anti-DB, and just in general to steal the effects of your opponents DBs. 3.5/5

Focused- Not as great here where everyone basically plays the same DBs and while stealing your opponents effects can be cool, its really only useful in  a deck that plays few non-combats to take advantage of 4/6/7 as extra non combat kill and 3/5 for hand advantage. It's also very good with Accelerated Agility Drill so they cant use their own DBs but you can....then again theyll probably just be smart enough to not play them.

3/5
