There's a bit of history behind this deck. When the
guy originally wrote to me, his deck consisted of all
three legendary birds plus Aerodactyl. I elected not
to post it (for obvious reasons) but wrote back with a
few "suggestions" for improvement. Now that I've got
him to go to two colors, drop all the birds, and put
some good trainers in, the deck is to a point where it
can be reviewed, given a final tune-up, and posted.

1) Your Pokemon are excellent. I realize that your
strategy is to avoid taking damage (hence Raichu, for
Agility) but I dislike Raichu's Agility on principle.
Only 20 damage a turn, and one coin flip can screw you
over bad. Think about changing your strategy a bit by
going to Fossil Raichu--I'll keep the Basics, but at
least consider it. In any event, why don't you make
Raichu a 4-3, since we'll be creating so much space
later on, and add in a few Scythers for fighting
resistance. I know you have Magmar, but he's not going
to be quite enough vs. fighting. Lastly, I'm not sure
how effective Movie Pikachu will be here. If you've
got a Raichu, he allows you to quickly charge up for
Agility, but I'm not sure how useful that's going to
be. I'm going to leave the choice of Pikachus up to
your own discretion--see which one works best for you.

2) I'm glad to see that you've got Bills, Oaks, and
Comp Search in there now. Very good. The thing that
makes me wince is that you've got 4 Pokeballs...in
ADDITION to 2 Computer Search and a Trader! Replace
all the Pokeballs with Energy Removals. Now put in 2
GOWs; we will make the room by trimming the Pokemon
and the energy just a bit. That should be all.

3) You do NOT need 20 electric energy just for Raichu
and Electabuzz. Trim the overall amount of energy and
bring the amount of Fire and Electric closer together.
If you're running both Basic Raichu and Scyther, put
some double colorless in too.

If you decide to switch to Fossil Raichu, you'll need
to increase the amount of electric energy. On a
related note, if you decide to keep Movie Pikachu in
this deck, you probably shouldn't use his Thunderbolt
attack except in a dire situation--you want to save
all the energy you can. Just absorb (or whatever)
energy onto him, then drop Raichu.
