A laudable concept, but you've tried to cram way too
much in here for the deck's own good. Let's see if I
can't help you ditch some of the extraneous Pokemon
and useless Trainers.

1) Some of the Pokes make sense--Beedrill, Venonat,
Koffing, etc. Some don't--Venusaur, Nidoqueen, and of
course Vileplume (who are you trying to
confuse--yourself or the enemy??) When I say Venusaur
doesn't make sense, I mean that in the context of this
deck, which is probably going to have another Stage 2,
Venusaur isn't worth cramming in just for Energy
Trans. So take out Venusaur, Nidoqueen, and Vileplume
immediately. Now we have to make a major
decision--Beedrill or Nidoking?? I personally think
Nidoking is way, way better, but you can go ahead and
use Beedrill if you want. (I'm trying to strike as
good a balance as I can between making decks powerful
and letting people play with what they want, and I'm
still finding my level.) Anyways, I'm going to leave
Beedrill in, but if you don't really have any reason
for playing with him other than his poison, definitely
drop him for Nidoking. Venomoth is very good and
should be run at least 3-2, possibly 4-3. Put in more
Koffing, but take out the Weezing, as Koffing is
actually better in his own right. Lastly, I think you
should put in Scyther--it wouldn't make much sense for
a grass deck to be without him...

2) Here we go again. Rip out every last trainer. A
couple of them are okay, but I'll have a better time
keeping my thoughts straight if we're starting from
scratch. Once again, my standard recommendations:

3-4 Bill (draw cards)
2-3 Oak (ditto)
2-3 Computer Search (go get what you need)
4 Energy Removal (no comment)

Now, are there any other trainers that this particular
deck could use?? Hmm, it's probably not worth spending
the card space for Switches. One Pokemon Breeder would
be nice--no more, as only one Stage 2 family, and it's
not to be depended upon. Use the Searches to go get it
if it would come in handy. Put in a couple of GOWs,
since poisoning your opponent will probably make them
try to retreat more than otherwise.

3) Rather than having Energy Searches and Energy
Retrieval, you needed more grass energy in the first
place. If Scyther is going in, it might make sense to
keep the DCE--Beedrill can use it, too. Try to get up
above 20 energy. 22 or 23 would be ideal.

Putting Nidoking in would help split your weakness, as
well as giving you the most awesome poisoning attack
around, so think about it. Other than that, this deck
is very good as it stands.
