Thanks for the good feedback. People, keep in mind
that I love to hear your comments, whether positive or
negative--it can only help me become a better deck
reviewer. If there's something specific you can tell
me that you like or don't like, that's even better.

1) I like the Pokemon. Good point about Eevee, though
with Articuno, Jiggly and Kanga you shouldn't have
that much of a problem with electric--not more so than
is normal for Rain Dance anyway. Yes, I personally
prefer Seel and Dewgong, but I try not to be nitpicky
in my fixes--Vaporeon is fine, and one definite
advantage the retreat cost. And of course Blastoise. I
would try and keep the Breeders, but put in another
Wartortle--never hurts, and Wartortle can become a
weapon in his own right when Rain Danced--letting you
keep your precious Blastoise safe from harm on your
bench. I might personally have recommended Lapras
instead of Jigglypuff for Mr. Mime. His advantages are
HP and the fact that he can be rain danced. But you
can also make a case for auto-sleep and psy resistance
being better versus Mime, so I'm going to leave the
Jigglys. Nothing else looks like it needs changing.
You get points with me for Kangaskhan :-) We can drop
an Articuno if we need space, but it doesn't look like
we will.

2) Drop the Energy Retrieval--you're getting the
energy from your deck, not your discard, and you have
enough already. Add in another Computer Search, and
another ER if you have the space. That's pretty much
it. Another Bill and/or Oak might be an idea, but it's
nothing critical, and we'd have to take something
out--not worth it if there's no real reason, and you
didn't indicate that there was. Switch is not as much
of a neccessity in Rain Dance--if you need it (and you
be the judge) take out some Gusts. I'm not going to do
it myself.

3) This is why I like fixing Blastoise decks--the
energy requirements are easy to calculate. Water
energy, check. DCE for Kanga, Jiggly, and
Eevee--check.

Did I mention I like fixing Blastoise decks? Once
again, this seems like a standard Raindance, not a
Turbo Blastoise, so I've fixed it with that in mind.
If you have problems with getting cards, add in
another Search, Bill, or Oak. Being Blastoise, I'd go
with Oak. A fine deck, this.
