[AUTO](VC):When placed, COST [Counter Blast (1)], choose up to two from all rear-guards, and put them into the damage zone. If one or more cards were put, this unit gets [Critical]+1 until end of turn. You and your opponent heal cards from their damage zone equal to the number of cards put into their damage zone with this effect. [AUTO](VC):When it attacks, this unit gets [Power]+5000 until end of that battle for each face up card in your opponent’s damage zone.

Honestly, what’s the point? If you want to countercharge, Metatron does that already with a chance to score triggers. Sure this is a straight +2 to you (we ignore the -1 from riding because you’re going to do that regardless of Grade 3) if you only send back opponent’s rear-guards, but is that worth it? Opening up two more damage for them to use for Counterblasts (and considering we’re swimming in early use cards like Berserk Dragon. Cho-ou and what have you, that’s bad)? No. No it isn’t worth it. It doesn’t even carry an extra ability beyond powering up, which the opponent can just let hit or just PG, because honestly the opponent isn’t going to go crazy Countercharging in Standard.

Stick with the tried and true Metatron, at least when you ride her over a G3 you get a Heal AND a card, which works out as better advantage for you.
