Ash and his friends are looking for a city that Brock had told them about. 
They climb a hill and there it is, the very bright "Neon City"! As they walk 
through town, ash bumps into an impolite man. the two get into a fight and 
soon,officer jenny. she breaks up the fight and
ash misty and brock look for a hotel.early the next morning, they leave 
their hotel to continue on their journey. no one in the city had gotten much 
sleep and jenny was still breaking up fights. they leave town and find a 
jigglypuff and misty wants to catch it.jigglypuff begins to cry. it, unlike 
most jigglypuffs, cannot sing. team rocket spys on them and jesse, james, 
and meowth think of an evil plan:they will take jigglypuff and have him sing 
to neon town. when everyone falls asleep, they will steal anything they 
want.
     then team rocket jumped from behind the bushes they where hiding behind 
and began to sing a song. the first part of the first line is hard to 
understand what they are saying, but the rest of the song goes like this:
     we fight for what is wrong.
     we're tired of our modo so we thought we'd try a song.
     jesse,
     james,
     the speed of light,
     prepare to fight,
     meowth that's right!

     I am the handsome one!
     I'm the gorgeous one!
     lookin' good is lots o' fun!
     we get some things wrong,
     but we keep rollin' along!

     we want to capture pikachu,
     we hope to do it soon!
     and when we do,
     we'll be the knew stars of this cartoon


     bulbasaur whoops up on wheezing while misty uses staryu to blast them 
away with a powerful burst of water. now that team rocket is gone, they 
concentrate on teaching jigglypuff to sing. when pikachu begins to sing, 
jigglypuff smacks him. brock suggests a throat healing fruit. jigglypuff, 
now able to sing, does a solo for ash and his friends. meanwhile team rocket 
comes to record the music for the same evil plan as before, but they, along 
with ash misty and brock fall asleep and all that is recorded is loud 
snoring.jigglypuff takes a marker and draws all over everyones faces. when 
ash and his friends wake up, brock decides to see if any pokemon can stay 
awake. misty trys phsyduck. after jigglypuff sings a song, and phsyduck 
appears to be awake, but soon they find out that he was just sleeping with 
his eyes open. team rocket awoke and listened to the recording. all they 
hear is themselves snoring. ash and his companions decide to have
jigglypuff sing to Neon City "the city that never sleeps", but they need a 
stage. team rocket descised as some talent seekers give ash and his pals a 
stage. everyonein the city falls asleep and when everyone wakes up, they 
feel much happier(even team rocket).
