U.S. Episode # 78:

Pallet Party Panic

Well, Ash lost.  But that`s OK, `cause everyone in Pallet has thrown a
party for him doing so well.  The gang all release their Pokemon
(except Charizard) to chow down.  Team Rocket is at the party, running
a spicy food stand.  They put ultra hot spice on the food that Ash orders.
Brock, Ash, Bulbasaur and Squirtle all scarf down the spicey food, and
blow fire evrywhere.  Team Rocket, who can`t hold it in anymore, say
thier motto while their food stand turns into their balloon and grab
Pikachu when Ash is cooling down.  Ash sends Pidgeotto to pop their
balloon.

Pidgeotto suceeds, but Team Rocket uses an emergency

balloon!  They start throwing bombs everywhere, and one hits
Pidgeotto into a death dive.  Before he can become street pizza, Ash
catches him in a baseball-style dive.  With no other choice, Ash sends
out Charizard, who still doesn`t obey (big surprise).  Spotting a food
table, Charizard goes after it.  But one of Team Rocket`s bombs hit the
table, which is destroyed.  P.Oed, Charizard destroys the ballon, and
Team Rocket land in a tree full of Pidgey and Pidgeotto.  Professor
Oak heals Pidgeotto and tells the gang about a new Pokeball a friend
of his wants to transport to him.  They all agree and start to the island
where he lives.  Along the way, a flock of Spearow and Fearow attack
them.  Ash wonders why they would do this, and remembers in the first
episode when he hit  a Speraow with a rock.

Somehow, the Fearow is

that same Spearow.  Ash hides in a tree, the same as Team Rocket is
still in.  Seeing the Pidgey and Pidgeotto, Ash asks why their there.
Meowth tells him the Pidgey and Pidgeotto are afraid of the Spearow
and Fearow.  Ash sends out Pidgeotto to lead the Pidgey flock against
the Spearow flock.  Pidgeotto and Fearow duke it out, but Fearow
wins.  But, (after 75 episodes) Pidgeotto evolves!  Ash rides his new

Pidgeot and attacks the Fearow.  Ash tries to catch Fearow after it gets
a severe beating, but it`s still too strong.  Pikachu jumps on Feaorw`s
back and defeats it with a Thunder Bolt.  Fearow flies off with the rest of
the Sperow.  Ash decides to let Pidgeot stay with the Pidgey flock for a
few days to watch over them.  Hopefully, Ash will get Pidgeot back.

***

This episode was OK, but it had two episodes in one.  Should`ve been called:
Pidgeotto vs. Fearow So I give it a 3/5

RAZE

------------

This episode starts with Ash, Misty, and Brock being invited to a party in Pallet town. They all release their Pokemon to party (except Carizard). No one seems to notice that Team Rocket is serving food at the party. They put super spicy hot sauce on the food that Ash orders. Ash, Squirtle, Bulbasaur, and Brock scarf down the food. It looks like they evolved into Charizards or something because they were blowing fire everywhere! Team Rocket blows their cover with “The Motto” and get Pikachu while Ash is cooling down. They get in the balloon and take off while Ash sends Pidgeotto to pop it.

It works, but TR has a back-up balloon and they start throwing bombs down at the party. One hits Pidgeotto and he falls injured. Ash sends Charizard but the disobeying dragon gets distracted by a table full of food. TR throws a bomb and it blows up the table. Charizard is very mad and destroys the balloon and sends TR flying into a tree full of Pidgey and Pidgeotto which are scared to leave becouse of a flock of Spearow and a Fearow. This Fearow is the Spearow from the first episode that Ash hit with a rock. Ash sees this from the tree and tries to help with his Pidgeotto.  It gets beat bad but after a loooong time, it evolves into Pidgeot. Ash rides it and battles with Pikachu with him and even tries to catchit, but no luck. The Fearow flies away and Ash decides to leave his Pidgeot with the Pidgeottos and Pidgys. He goes on a quest for a special Pokeball.  This episode is one of my favorite. It has Charizard and Pidgeot, two of my favorite Pokemon. The bad thing is Ash left the Pidgeot and will probably not get it back. On a scale of 1 to 10, i give it a 11. Pojo, please print this, thank you in advance.
