easily. After the battle, Ash ran to Gary and wanted to battle him
too but Gary refused and walked away. Ash got mad at him and he went to
the Pokemon Center with Misty and Brock. Ahen they ate dinner Ash
stuffed himself a lot again. Suddenly there was a blackout and Ash,
Misty and Brock ran to the power plant to see what was wrong. While Gary
and Umbreon were camping out, they noticed the blackout and then they saw Ash,
Misty and Brock running to the power plant. They followed them.
When Ash, Misty, and Brock almost reached the power plant, they were
stopped by team rocket's new Robo Mega Wobbuffet that could do a better
counter attack than Jessie's Wobbuffet. They used up the power plant's
electricity to power up the robot. When Team Rocket almost had them
beat, Gary's Umbreon unplugged the Robot from electricity. Jessie came
up with another idea to get power. Ash finally beat Team Rocket
with Chikorita and Cyndaquil. Then Ash, Misty, Brock and Gary went back to
restore the water and electric power. In the end before Gary left,
he told Ash that he improved a lot since they last met and said that next time
he might challenge him to a match. - A Langerman

When a blackout hits a town on the road to Ekruteak City, our heroes realize it
puts the Pokémon in the local Pokécenter in jeopardy. Wanting to help nurse
Joy and the ailing Pokémon, the gang takes on the task of finding out what went
hay-wire at the power plant. Before they can help restore the power however,
they have to overcome the latest Team Rocket invention: The Mecha-Robo-Wobbuffet!
See how Ash and Pikachu team up with Gary and his Umbreon in order to overcome
