Our heroes reach Blackthorn city where Ash is
going to battle for his eigth badge at the Blackthorn city gym.When they
reach the the city nearby the river, they see a Dratini asleep Ash checks it
out on his Pokedex.Then suddenly a fierce Gyaridos rises from the river and
uses Hydropump at them they however manage to escape it.Then suddenly a lady
comes up and tells them not to trouble Dratini.Then they se that Dratini has
started swimming. The lady and her Gyaridos follow it.Then an old man
carrying a box comes up running he trips and falls near our heroes. The box
opens & they see a fang. The old man tells them that the lady is Clare who
is the Gym Leader of the Blackthorn Gym and that he helps her at the Gym.He
tells them that once a dragon pokemon used to terrify the people of the
blackthorn City and one of the Gym Leader fought and took its fang.He also
tells them that Clare has to perform an important ritual to the horn and
that the ritual could be performed only once in three years.He follows Clare
our heroes decide to follow them too.The old man tells Clare to stop and
return to the Gym to perform the ritual and is very important but
Clare refuses telling that her Dratini's migrating to shed its skin and its
too weak to go alone and its very important for her.
They continue their journey along with our
heroes.T.R are resting nearby the bank and are enjoying themselves.then
Jesse Dratini(Clare's) and wants to capture when she's about to capture it Gyaridos
uses Hydropump and they go blasting of again.Clare, the old man and
our heroes meanwhile stop and rest for awhile. Ash tells Clare that he's a
Pokemon trainer and that he wants to get his Rising Badge.Clare tells him
that she'll challenge Ash after Dratini's migration.Ash agrees with
her.Clare brings out some sandwiches and shares with them as they eat the
sandwiches the old man sees Ash's badges and tells him about the red
Gyaridos. Ash and co. tell them that they saw the Gyaridos and told them
about Lance. Clare tells him that she knew him too and that she had trained
him once.It was then that Ash comes to know that Clare was a Dragon Pokemon
trainer.Meanwhile T.R dress themselves as an old couple Jesse has a walking
stick and James a camera. They get excited when they see Dratini and start
taking snaps of it.
Then Clare tells them not to disturb Dratini as
its resting. Then J & J promise to be quiet and start taking a closer look
at Dratini and then Jesse takes the net from the walking stick and sets it
on Dratini. Then they declare their motto and fly away as Meowth brings a
balloon.They hang Dratini down.Clare is determined to get her Dratini
back.She follows T.R but they are out of sight. She climbs up trees and
swings and all that. Our heroes and the old man follow her too.Jesse tells
dratini that she's its new mistress Dratini gets very angry and starts
swinging violently the balloon too swings violently and fallls down.THe
Dratini manges to get away from the balloon and but is still trapped in the
net and is trying to enter the water.Jesse comes out from the balloon and
tries to catch it. Clare, our heroes and the old man reach there and then
they battle. Clare sends Gyaridos and Jesse sends Arbok Gyaridos uses
Hydropump to avoid Arbok's Poison Sting and Arbok's unable to battle then
Ash tells Pikachu to use Thundershock Jesse tells Wobbuffet to uses Counter
and our heroes,the old man & Clare get shocked.Then Dratini's about to be
shocked when Clare comes in the way gets shocked herself to protect Dratini.
Then Dratini starts evolving intoa Dragonair.
Clare realizes that Dratini was saving energy to evolve.Jesse is heartbroken
because Dratini's evolved (she like dratini very much) then Clare tells
Dratini to use to electrocute T.R and Dragonair brings some thunder clouds
and electrocutes them.Then Ash tells Pikachu to Thundershock them and they
go blasting off again.Then Dragonair continues to swim through the river
Clare Gyaridos follow it the old man follows then our heroes follow them
too. Then Dragonair stops at a beautiful waterfall.Clare guesses that
Dragonair must have bought here so that they could perform the ritual. Clare
then performs the ritual and they return.Clare tells Ash that she'll battle
with him the next day. Ash agrees.
