Okie Dokie.

What Follows are my "Reconstructed-Preconstructs"--perhaps a little different 
than what you were looking for, but good still...

Professor Kate's 'Re'constructed Theme decks


We shall begin with the theme deck that, in my opinion, is the absoulutely 
worst theme deck... "Zap"

My first problem with the "Zap" theme deck is that it has more psychic cards 
than electric! Why did they 
name it "Zap!" They should have named it "Psy!"

This decks' modifications basicly make it more of an electric deck than a 
psychic one. 
The Alakazam family allows for the transfer of damage.
The Chanseys are to suck damage, getting rid of them with Pokemon Centers or 
Scoop Up.
Mr. Mime goes up against the beefy Pokemon (since attacks of 30 or more don't 
do anything)
Pikachu, Raichu, Magneton, Magnemite, and Electabuzz deal serious damage for 
you :)
The trainers allow for energy retrieval after discards, deck manipulation to 
search for evolutions
or needed energy, and defenders and + powers for the Magnemites and the 
Magnetons. Item 
finders allow for the reuse of used trainers.
