[CONT](VC/Hand):If you have a total of three or more cards with “Blaster” in their different card names on your (VC) and drop zone, this card gets grade -1. [AUTO](VC):When placed, COST [Counter Blast (3) & Soul Blast (3)], search for up to one card with “Blaster” in its card name each from your deck, drop zone, soul, and damage zone, to a total of three or less cards, call them to (RC), and shuffle your deck.

RULING: The 2nd skill does not allow you to call a Blaster that’s in the damage zone face down, as the chosen card doesn’t have any information and thus is not considered to be a Blaster in that state.

So on that note, this card. I don’t really enjoy the mono Blaster requirement but at least the rules of skill timing is less restrictive. But my god is the call prohibitive. You need to have 4 face-up damage, one of which must be a Blaster, 3 soul (so unless you’re going from a G3 into this eat shit, things like Conjurer Mythril and Blaster Blade’s retire), and then after all that +3 and a pseudo-heal if you’re lucky, you have a vanilla vanguard for the rest of the fight. Granted a 14k body is basically this era’s equivalent of Crossride numbers but really. If it wasn’t for the whole stranglehold of Blasters needed to make this work it would be good.

I’m not a fan of the opportunity cost involved to make this work. He has like a meme play to bypass ZANBAKU with the first skill but that’s about it.
