Luke Music emailed me asking for advice on a good Battle
frontier Battle arena team. I have no experience in that
area, so I posted in the forums asking for help. The user
Sephiroth_Masamune was quick to help. Here is what he had in
terms of input:
Well...against the Tycoon of the place...she is weak against
Bug and Flying types...so I will have Salamence for tearing
down the place with his power and we will go from there.
Salamence
Lonely(+atk,-def)Naughty(+atk,-Sp.def)Hasty(+spd,-def)Naive(+spd,-sp.def)
Intimidate
Aerial Ace
Earthquake
Flamethrower
Brick Break
This Salamence should take out alot of things in the Arena
by itself....plus it can drop Greta's 2 Bug types as well...
Metagross
Modest(+Sp.Atk,-atk,def)
Mild(+sp. atk,-def)
Meteor Mash
Psychic
Shadow Ball
Earthquake/Aerial Ace/Sludge Bomb/Thunder Punch
All of these moves should OHKO anything depending on what
you encounter...plus Metagross is strong against alot of
things
Heracross
Any Atk raising Nature preferably Adamnent(+Atk, - Sp. Atk)
Megahorn Rock Slide Brick Break Earthquake/Swords Dance/Body
Slam
You needed a bug move Megahorn top take out Greta's Umbreon...this
is the best I could do with a bug...you can replace with a
faster Ninjask with any moveset you want or can get...
Hope I helped out...if not...sorry...but this team looks
like it could do some damage in 3 turns
