If heads, Rocket's Hitmonchan attacks your opponent's Active Pokemon for double that amount of damage. (If Rocket's Hitmonchan takes 20 damage, it does 40 damage to that Pokemon.)

Wizards of the Coast is also releasing Rocket's Mewtwo for this month's winner stamped BattleZone Promo. The non winner stamped card for this month's BattleZone is Dark Ivysaur. Rocket's Mewtwo is the Eighth Best Of Promotional Card and was released in Gym Challange.

Pokemon USA/Nintendo's first Promotional Card is Kyogre ex. It is number one and can only be found in the July Issue of Scrye. It is also the first English card to have the "ex" rule, which is similar to the baby Rule.

As well I have also heard some rumors that a Neo Genesis Cleffa is being made into a Best Of Promo. Is it true? Don't know. But we will see. Later folks.
