Hey,  Pojo!

I was looking through my cards the other night looking for cards for my deck
(I'm finally going to play the TCG) when I noticed something.  Every
expansion up to now has had a card or two that at first was thought to be
horrible, but ended up starting a new deck, or a revolution after a few
months. (No offense to everybody, I even had misconceptions about a lot of
cards)

Base: Lass and Electrode- Lass was thought to be pointless because why would
you want to shuffle your trainer cards into your deck?  But after a while,
people realized that it's not about your hand, but your opponent's hand --
THE ULTIMATE DISRUPTER!
Electrode, well, isn't a revolution starter, but he was used for a while
in electric decks.  He is a pretty solid card, only stage two, and has a
good, but sometimes
out-of-place power, though it's good to power up a pokemon.

Jungle: Wigglytuff and Venomoth- OK, many people (no offense) thought Wiggly
was the next Porygon.  Almost everyone I knew read the attack wrong and
thought Do the Wave did 10 TO each of your benched pokemon.  But, then they
all realized their mistakes, and, oila! the next archetype is born.
Venomoth hasn't been played much unless there are still some
status-effect decks floating around.  But he wasn't overlooked after a few
months of the Jungle Release.  At first, some people thought: 2 grass for 10?
that should give me 30-40 damage!  But then, (no offense) they read the fine
print.  And he has one of the most annoying powers ever!

Fossil: Lapras-  Most people did see this card's importance.  The cheap
attacks are good, which is what water decks needed.

TR:  Dark Rapidash And Dark Machamp - Dark Rapidash isn't exactly a super
card, but people overlooked it.  Good HP (Better than Dark Charmeleon or
Flareon, and Rapidash used to have less than them!), free retreat, a
colorless attack (it's only 20, but would you rather have had 10?) and a 2
for 30 attack the has an OPTIONAL 1 for 10 on bench effect.  He doesn't get
much playing time, but in fire decks, he should along with the Jungle one.
Dark Machamp does have one of the best Rocket Hp's (but still, 90 would
be nice), and a good 2 for 30 attack, but Fling is just awesome!  Even though
his retreat is a problem, and so is his HP, but the rest of him is good!
I've seen Dk. Machamp get a lot of playing time where I have tourneys! (They
already put Prop15, etc. in place before wizards did anything, so man
archetypes can't work well.)

Gym Heroes: Too soon to tell yet...
