Hello. It's me, Ry, the Pokéfreak. Now, I am going to give my 2 cents on the
game of Pokémon.

1- Archetypes
OK, I admit, I play Haymaker for tournaments and League. It gets the job
done quickly, and it is a solid deck. I am FULLY capable of making an
original deck. I see no problems with archetypes.

2- Banning
Wizards should not ban, restrict, or errata any cards. I don't like the idea
of opening booster packs, only to get a card you I can't use. Hitmonchan,
Oak, Electabuzz, SER, CPU Search, and Item Finder are not broken. Sure,
they're awesome cards, but they're not broken.

3- Prop15T
First of all, Prop2T will not be passed. That said, Prop15T shouldn't be
passed either. Even if it was, it wouldn't stop Hay's dominance. Here's an
example of a post Prop15 Haymaker.

4 Hitmonchan
4 Electabuzz
4 Scyther
2 Rocket's Scyther
2 Team Rocket's Hitmonchan
7 Fighting Energy
7 Electric Energy
7 Grass Energy
4 DBC Energy
4 Rainbow Energy
3 Team Rocket's Trap
3 Bill
3 Professor Oak
3 CPU Search
3 SER

See what I mean? Prop15T won't help at all.

4. How to counter Hay, and the idea of Formatting-
Now, to counter Hay, I think there should be some new rules, such as:
You can evolve as much as you want, even on the first turn
You may discard cards from your hand to pay your retreat cost
You may not attack on the first turn

Play Formatting-
Also, Formatting could be introduced, like in Magic.

Type I-
Every card can be used. Nothing is banned.

Type 1.5-
These cards are restricted (one per deck)-
Hitmonchan
Electabuzz
Scyther

These cards are banned-
Professor Oak
Super Energy Removal
Item Finder
CPU Search
Team Rocket's Trap

Type II-
Prop 15T is enforced. So is Prop 2T.

These cards are restricted (one per deck)-
Hitmonchan
Electabuzz
Scyther
MP Mewtwo
Team Rocket's Hitmonchan
Team Rocket's Scyther

Well, that's my two cents. See ya next time.
