Hi,
I doubt Prop 15 or tournment play will ever reach here where I am but I still read this page in hope :).
Ok i have come to go on about Dark Vilplume (it doesn't matter whether it has the error on it or not although personally I prefer the holo one with the fire weakness). Anyway Dark Vileplume will be good in the ECSTS I think that's right you know what Im going on about. Here why:

1. With almost if not all players using 15 trainers you and your opponent will be in the same postion with this card in play.

2. Your opponent has no idea what's in your hand unless he/she Lassed or RSA'ed or Omanyte or whatever and you have 100% control of when you evolve so obviously play all trainers and then evolve.

3. If you play Muk you can use him then Devo spray at the end of turn (OMG it has a use) so your opponent can't play trainers again. However do you really want to waste space on two devo sprays usually not.

4. This is obvious your opponent will not be able to peek and your hand using a Lass or RSA also unable to Gust him in. The only way is using Sab's Abra or Omanyte if anyone does use him as a subsitute if they have bad luck and can't get Lass or RSA. (No I have never used him in a deck). PLus with 15 trainers who would want to waste at minimum 1 on a fossil.

5. Goes well with Muk + Devo spray, Dark Muk, Dark Arbok and friends.

6. You can disable his power by using another Dark Gloom if your lucky and get tails and making Vile active. Hey now the coin has two sides. Then end your turn with full heal.

Now for the bad!!!

1. It is MUCH harder to play Dark Vileplume when you can only run 3 Oddish's and 3 Dark Gloom (max which won't work) and only 2 Dark Vileplume (3 is nuts) which reduces your chances of getting the smelly
flower out.

2. At only 60 HP one Full wave from Wiggily will see this guy go to the discard pile.

3. If it does get active some way by some idiot using a Victreebel or Dark Persian by some average guy using a Ninetales it won't be able to Switch back to the bench it will have to retreat of 2 and you usually don't play energy on him (well at least I don't) in which meaning he won't last long. Or confusing him, putting him to sleep will be bad. Paralyse will help you ahhaa.

Anyway you can believe me or not believe but with both of you under same conditions as far as trainers go you play all your trainers in hand therefore minusing 1 for each one from 15 therefore that is one less that can't be used. Although getting it in play will be difficult with not much space for Breeder. Anyway enough of that bye bye.
