I just joined the pokemon league and found out that it costs less than a dollar
for a whole 48 weeks. of course it is probably different at other comic book
stores. I also found out when you sign up you get a pokemon league badge book,
a DCI Players Card, and the level 16 Pikachu. The level 16 Pikachu has 60 HP,
the attacks: Growl, Which takes up one colorless energy and reduces the amount
of the defending pokemons next attack by 10, and Thundershock which takes two
lightning energy's does 20 damage and flip a coin if heads the defending
pokemon is paralyzed. I also found out that the Basic pikachu is level 12, the
jungle pikachu level 14 and the league pikachu is level 16, and that the basic
pikachu has 40 HP, the jungle Pikachu has 50 HP and the league Pikachu has 60
HP.
