Reason for this article: Neo set is like base set with lots of good cards.
Card 1:Pikachu
50 Hp
fighting weakness
-C retreat
C Quick Attack:10+ damage
flip a coin if heads attack does 10 more damage
LLC Agility:20 damage
flip a coin if heads prevent all effects[Damage, status effect, etc.]
done to this pokemon on your opponents next turn.
Strategy:this is a pretty neat pikachu with a good first turn attack
and a kick but agility.

Card 2:Magmar
70 Hp

CC Tail Strike: 20 damage
RRC Magma Punch:40 Damage
Strategy:Like hitmonchan except for less usable first attack unless you get a
DCE.

Card 3:Maganium
100 Hp
fire weakness

Poke Power:Luxurious Growth
Effect:all G energy attached to grass pokemon counts as two grass energy.
GGGG Aroma Sleep:40 damage
The defending pokemon is now asleep.
Strategy:This guy makes grass extremely easy to use and he has a good attack.

Card 4:Typhlosion

Poke Power:Fire Charge
Effect:Once during your turn[before your attack] you may flip a coin if heads
take one fire energy in your discard pile and attach it to one of your fire
pokemon.
RRRR Burst Flame:60 Damage
Flip a coin if heads this attack does 20 more damage and does 20 damage
to Typhlosion.
Strategy:Makes discarding fire energy not as bad. A must for fire decks.
Really strong attack too.

Electric Weakness
Fighting resistance
No retreat cost
Poke Power:False Gift
Effect:Once during your turn[before your attack] flip a coin if heads
look at your opponents hand and if there is any trainers choose one
and they must shuffle it into their deck.
CCC Wing attack: 30 damage
Strategy:This guy is like a reusable RSA.

Card 6:Cleffa
30 Hp
No retreat cost
C Pipipi:Shuffle your hand into your deck then draw 7 cards.
Strategy:A mixture between prof. Oak and Gambler.

Card 7:Slowking
Psychic Weakness
-CCC Retreat
Poke Power:Match Wits
Effect:IF this pokemon is your active pokemon whenever you opponent
plays a trainer card flip a coin if heads that trainer has no effect
and they must put it on the top of their deck.
PPP Mad impact:20+ Damage
flip a coin if heads defending pokemon is confused and this attack does
10 more damage.
Strategy: slows opponent quite a bit with poke power.

Card 8:Steelix
110 Hp
Fire Weakness
Grass resistance
-CCCC retreat
CC Tackle:20 Damage
SCC Tail Crush:30+ damage
flip a coin if heads this attack does 20 more damage.
Strategy:Strong guy with strong attacks that are pretty cheap[DCE]

Card 9:Skarmory??[Eaamudo]

Grass Resistance

C Key Claw:20 Damage
flip a coin if tails this attack does nothing
SCC Steel Wing: 30 Damage
flip a coin if heads all damage done to this pokemon on opponent's next
turn is reduced by 20.
Strategy: This guy can dish out so good damage and take plenty.

Card 10:Elekid
30 Hp
No retreat
Poke Power:Once during your turn[ before you attack] you may flip a coin
if you do your turn ends immediatly. If heads do 20 damage to the opponent's
active pokemon.
Strategy: great little guy that can attack from the bench.

Ecolo Gym:Effect:Any non-colorless energy discarded by anything the opponent
does is returned to your hand.

Fishing pole:effect:flip a coin if heads get an evolution card from your
discard. If tails get a basic one instead.

Gold Nut:Attach this to one of your pokemon if it has 4 or more damage
counters at the end of any turn remove 4 of them.

Prof. Elm:Effect:shuffle your hand into your deck then draw 7 cards.

In Conclusion to this long article I can say a couple things: there are some
other pretty good cards in neo, gold and silver are really cool, and
the best song in the world is Cryptonite.
