10. Magmar - Nice first turn attack and status effects. Still kind of
slow for quick haymakers or wiggly decks but very playable

        9. Chaos Gym - A deck built around this will be very good. But I
personally use a lot of trainers. Very disruptive though

        8. Promo Mewtwo - I used to play this card a lot, but Wigglys and
Chanseys became popular. 40 on turn two is very nice, and recycable. Still
roaming around in tournaments.

        7. Hitmonchan - The founder of the haymaker is soon to become less
and less popular. But I actually still use him in haymakers, despite the
scythers that bash this. Or promo mewtwos that kill this. It's still good for
its speedy attacks and HP.

        6. Rocket Scyther - Very fast and Offensive. This card is built
around only speedy decks that wishes to win quickly. Could see use in a lot
of trapper decks due to it's simplicity.

        5. Rockets Sneak Attack - We see a lot of these in wigglys,
haymakers, and of course trappers. Pretty disruptive and versatile. I use
this card a lot, and you should too.

        4. Electabuzz - Extremely fast and offensive. All offensive decks
should have this card. Great in trappers or haymakers. It has problems with
rhyhorns, but I'm sure you could handle it with a scyther.

        3. The Rocket's Trap - In a deck built around this, it is just
unbelievable. If you get heads, it will just drive your opponent crazy. It's
also the founder of the Trapper. You won't make any friends with this card,
but you can let that feeling of winning console you..

        2. Oak - Incredible card advantage. It is a rule to put this in
Wigglys or Traps.  Possibly broken too.

        1. Scyther/Wigglytuff - Tied for first place is Scyther or
Wigglytuff. Both are the best pokemon cards ever to see the light of day.
Both have excellent verstality and uses. Both are practically broken. Both
are simply the best.

Hoped you liked my analysis. I may have forgotten to make room for
some cards like Rockets Zapdos or Rockets Hitmonchan. But personally,
Wigglytuffs and scythers can kick their butts.
