I really like the Neo set so I'm posting a top 10 neo list.

1.Professor Elm
THis is like Prof. Oak but sometimes you don't want to discard important cards
with oak, well this is the solution.
2.Meganium
THe ultimate Grass helper doubles your grass energy in a way. It also has
a good attack.
3.Ecolo Gym
Say goodbye to most of the pain of energy removal and super energy removals
with this gym.
4.Slowking
Stalls the opponent from using trainers 50% of the time also cool because
his attack good and can mess them up because they can't draw new cards.
5.Noctowl
Like a reusable Rocket Sneak Attack.No retreat and ok attack.
6.Typhlosion
Good for fire decks that discard energy. Pretty Good attack if your lucky
or have a pluspower.
7.Elekid
A nifty guy for attacking if your stalling.
8.Cleffa
Like a reusable Prof. Elm that can get knocked out.
9.Ariados
THis guy may not see that tough but his second attack does a whole lot for
him.
10.Magmar
Like Hitmonchan but less convenient for starting the game.

Neo is kind of like the base set it has a ton of good guys.
