Yes, I am have a strategy about Devolution Spray and how it works in decks.You're probably laughing at me right now, but I'm doing this anyway.

 

    Devolution Spray works in four ways:

1. To change Resistance (Example: Dark Dragonite devolved to Dark Dragonair would change the Resistance from Fighting back to Psychic.) This hardly occurs, but at least it does.

 

2. To devolve a Poke'mon to evolve it to a different version of that Poke'mon (Example: Base Set Haunter devolved to Base Set Gastly, you can evolve it to Fossil Haunter instead.

    Devolve Rapidash to Ponyta, then evolve Ponyta to Dark Rapidash.)

 

3. To simply devolve a Poke'mon because its Stage 1 or Basic form is somewhat better than its Stage 2 form (Example: Dark Machoke, Team Rocket Mankey, Misty's Poliwhril, Weepinbell, etc.)

 

4. Heals of Sleep Confusion, Paralysis or Poison.

 

These are the only four ways I could find using Devolution Spray.
