I finally figured out a use for Blastoise other than Raindance. He goes
very good with Mr. Fuji if he's fully powered.

4 Squirtle
1 Wortortle
4 Blastoise
4 Chansey(I don't know how it's spelled)
3 Scyther
2 Rhyhorn
Pokemon-19

22 Water
2 D.C.E.(Low I know but you don't use them to attack)
Energy-24

4 Pokemon Breeder
4 Mr. Fuji
4 Scoop Up
2 Item Finder
3 Switch

This is a stall deck with Blastoise. The main goal here is to cover
weakness and Mr. Fuji Blastoise.
The point of this deck is block with walls while powering up Blastoise.
Once Blastoise has tons of energies on Mr. Fuji it.
Use the walls in conjuction with others walls to fend your opponents
pokes while Building Blastoise.
   Analysis of Walls-

Chansey- Usually the one to start off in a game. With low retreat and such
enormus HP why not start off with him(even against the Hitmos).
Scyther-Not much of a wall, but he will block chanceys weakness and his
low retreat is awesome especially if you have another wall waiting.
Rhyhorn-I know its weak to Scther but play if Electabuzz is reaking havoc
on Blastoise and other. His retreat is why I have so many Scoop Ups.

   Here is the Trainer Analysis-

Mr. Fuji-You already know why this card is here so no explanation needed.
Actually you could use him on a wall if you don't have any Scoop Ups left.
Scoop Up- Especially for Chansey with like 80-110 damage. Rhyhorns Retreat
and Syther can be filled with damage easily.
Pokemon Breeder- I would rather use wortortle for the theme, but
Electabuzz makes Wortorle a piece of scrap.
Switch- For Ryhorn and when Blastoise gets gusted active.
Item Finder- grab that extra Scoop Up or Mr.Fuji.

Double Colorless Energy-Only for stall purposes such as Chansey's Scrunch.
