At the last league night, I finally stumbled onto wiggly. I knew he was
really popular on pojo, but I never really knew why. I was panicing,
wondering what deck I should play, when I thought, hmm... Maybe a psychic
speed tuff, just for fun. With that deck, I blew away 6 people, including
another wiggly deck. I now know why so many people play this. But if you
don't, here are some of the cards that should or should not be used in a
Turbo Wiggly.

Should.
1. Wigglytuff: Just get a full bench, attach a pluspower or two, and blow
them away.
2. Scyther: Since wiggly has that horrid weak to fight, we need something
to blow off hitmonchans.
3. Challenge!:This is the best, especially if your opponent accepts,
since you have then a 60 damage per turn attack.
4. Rocket's Sneak Attack: I would use lass, but this is a whole lot
better. Since wiggly uses usually a basic energy and a dce, he's weak to
energy removal. If you have more than one RSA, and they have more than 1
ER or SER, even better.
5.Proffesor Oak:Just get a wiggly out, and oak for more basics.

Should not.
1.Electabuzz:Sure, he's probably one of the top three basics, but another
fight weak pokemon doesn't help.
2. Dark Vileplume:Some people find her useful, but she stops YOUR
trainers too.
3.Clefairy Doll/Mysterious Fossil:Sure, they add more damage to wiggly's
do the wave, and sure they don't reward a prize, but I would prefer more
trainers and good pokemon to a 10 hp basic.
That's all I can think of for now. But to play a turbo wiggly, you need
more strategy.
Start with a scyther active, and an energy on jiggly. next turn, lay down
a dce on jiggly, evolve to wiggly, retreat scyther and fill your bench.
Attach +powers if needed. Oak is great, but don't overdo it. Maybe not
with a wiggly deck, but I have oaked myself to death on numerous
occasions. Besides scyther or wiggly, add usually a psy or fight pokemon,
as wiggly can cover their weakness. Usually machop, hitmonchan, MP mewtwo
or mr.mime. Mr. mime can stop the biggies that can take out
wiggly/scyther in one hit. Mewtwo reuses energy, which is usually good
and low in these deck.s
That's all I can think of right now.
