Hey, Pojo. I think that I have come up with a good use
for Victreebell. That's right! Here's the deck:

2 Bellsprout Temple
4 Bellsprout
3 Weepinbell
2 Victreebell
4 Vulpix
3 Ninetailes
15 Fire Energy
12 Grass Energy
The strategy is to get Victreebell out
fast, then Lure out a weak basic. When it is out and exposed, Acid it to
death, hoping that it can't retreat. If Victreebell comes out to late,
when all the weak basics are gone, then use Ninetails' Fire Blast. That
should get rid of them. The Narrow and Bellsprout Temple Gyms are to
destroy Wiggly decks, which I have trouble with.
Translations:
Narrow Gym: Each Player may only have 4 Pokemon on their bench.
Bellsprout Temple: All colorless attacks are reduced by 30.
