As soon as I got my hands on the Team Rocket
translation guide from pojo, I came up with decks that I thought would be
popular and decks that I would want to use. (and so far none of this is really
true, but anyways) well, heres some ideas:

Double Blastoise decks. Wouldn't it just be fun
to deal with 2 fully pumped Blastoises, each being able to do 60-70 dmg on
turn 2? This deck would also include Articuno, Lapras maybe and Gyrados
sometimes. Can't really modify this deck, sorry. Pretty much 100% reliable

Fossil Haunter and Dark Alakazam decks. 4 of
each and you can do 30 a turn and have a 50% chance of them doing no damage to
you next turn consistently, so you can either stall or attempt to attack
(probably not good idea cuz 30 a turn isn't too great) Might also include
Scyther. You can tweak this archtype a lot. 75% reliable deck, a little iffy
on stalling or takin the prizes

Pure Poison Decks. Multiple Rocket Arboks and
Rocket Muks, along with possible lickitungs, scythers, R Oddishes and poison
them to death while doing massive damage to bench and not allowing them to
retreat. My favorite and I play with 3 Lickitung, 3 Oddish Rocket, 3 R Arbok,
and 3 R muk. Works great. Kind of half-and-half tweakable archtype

Status Snorlax decks. send out snorlax, get R Gloom and R
Drowzee on bench and confuse, paralize, and sleep them to death or stall.
Might include R Vileplume and R Hypno or regular Hypno for more power. You
basically stick to those pokemon in this deck. Very nice, but 50% reliable
  deck.

Revenge Decks. Dark Wartortle as active,
Hitmonchan benched, both pumped. Use Revenge (or whatever wartortles second
attack is) and Challenge! untill prizes are low. Then blow them away with
pluspowers and hitmonchans.Very tweakable. 75% reliable, might run out of
  wartortles, but very strong deck

Dragonite Gets Wiggly. Take a wild guess. Lots of Wigglytuff's,
basics, Dark Dragonair, Challenge!, and Dark Dragonite make an awesome combo
where you get out you basics and tuffs out fast with dark dragonite family
then blow them away with tuff. Simple, 100% reliable, but you have to go with
  just those pokemon.

N....Ne....New...NEWBIES DECK! Hey look its Charizard again!
This time he comes easier to play, get, and pump up! This is the newbie deck
you will see EVERYWHERE! kids just loooooooooooooooooovvee Charizard and now
he comes in non-holo. just great. Now all fire-weak grass guys are worthless
for a while until the kids buy Rocket Blastoises for 20 bucks. Guess we'll
just have to wait it out. Deck Reliability - too horrible to even figure out

Fling Decks. Very simple, use Dark Machamp to
fling their basics into the garbage can, then clean up with a powerhouse. Very
tweakable, because you have a choice of your powerhouses, maybe ninetails,
dugtrio, charizard( just kidding), zapdos, blastoise or gyrados, exegetor or
whatever. Very iffy deck, but if it works it kills.

thats all I could think of, and, hopefully some of these will
become reasonably popular, so I can counter them like I do with all archtypes.
Bwahahahahahah! Your wimpy wiggly deck is no match for Vileplume!
  bwahahahahhaha.
