Hey, again, Revolution triple X here to talke about a new type
of deck I've been
working on.  I call it Dura Vincere, which translate from Latin into
"Hard to Kill."  The
object of this deck is to poison the enemy, and then keep him out there.
 I've found uses
for multiple cards, and kept the uses for old cards found useful.  On
to it!

1)  Poison- To poison the opponent, an obvious choice is Nidoking.  Nidoking
can dish
out 20 damage plus DOUBLE poison to the opponent.  That's magnificent.
 The stage 2
evolution set doesn't really work that well for me, though.  Another
choice is the
wonderful Venomoth, with the luck of heads on a coin flip, you deal 10
damage with
poison AND confusion.  Also, TR Oddish and Jungle Gloom both have INSTANT
poison,
but their weak HP causes problems. 

2)  Keeping the Opponent Out- I've got two words for this DARK MUK.
Dark Muk is
a truly magnificent pokemon.  It keeps your opponent out there with it's
Pokemon Power
adding two more energy to retreat and it also has an attack that poisons!!
 Also, another
choice is Victreebell.  He can make it so the defending pokemon can't
retreat while
dealing 20 damage with Acid. 

3)  Backup- As I've stated in a past article, power is a necessity.
I try to make room for a
few Scyther, since this is a grass deck, he works well.  I also try to
get Dark Dragonair
since this deck has alot of evolutions in it, so you can pull the evos
out quicker.
