Another counter deck, another fix...

Not a bad anti-Venucenter deck, but not the best either.  Here's what's wrong:

Magmar: You should have 4 of these
Rapidash:  Not great for this purpose, we'll substitute Rocket Charmander and
Charmeleon (B) here.
Eamudo:  He's got the resistance, but nothing else.  Drop him.
Goop Gas Attack:  Not necessary.  Drop it.
NGR:  We're going to drop 1 of these and put in some Energy Retrievals (trust
me)
SER:  This deck is Fire.  This will just mess up the energy more.  Drop these.
Other Trainers:  Need Professor Oak and Computer Search!!!!!
Energy:  Drop the Steel Energy and put in DCE.

Venustomper v1.1

4 Magmar (F)
4 Growlithe
3 Arcanine
4 Charmander (R)
3 Charmeleon (B)

4 Bill
3 Professor Oak
3 Computer Search
2 NGR
3 Energy Retrieval
3 Itemfinder

20 Fire Energy
4 DCE

What did I do exactly?  I trimmed up the unnecessary trainers, trimmed down
some trainers and added search and drawing capabilities.  I put in Energy
Retrievals (because this is a fire deck) to get back discarded energy.  I
dropped Eamudo (the resisatnce wasn't THAT good, and he's illegal until Neo
is released in the US).  I also dropped the Rapidash family, as they were too
slow and not heavy-duty enough.  To replace them I chose Charmeleon.  I
considered Ninetails, but that kind of power is unnecessary, and Charmeleon
can do plenty of damage to pokemon weak to it.  Charmander is also a lot
faster than Vulpix, and can pick off weak Bulbasaurs with ease.  I also added
another Magmar (so it'll be easier to get one).  Because Venucenter is meant
to deal with energy removals, I dropped the SER as they are ultimately
harmful to yourself.  You probably don't need 3 NGR, so I slimmed it down to
two.  I put in 4 DCE instead of the Steel Energy.  These should be great with
Arcanine and Charmeleon.  This should be a much faster and should fit the
puspose much better.
