First off, let's look at Blaine's Ninetales.

Then, Blaine.
During this turn, instead of attaching your free Energy card, you may instead attach 2 R Energy cards to 1 of your Pokemon with Blaine in its name.  (Playing additional copies of this card this turn has no effect.)
 
Then, Energy Retrieval
Discard 1 other card from your hand in order to search your discard pile for up to two basic energy cards and put them into your hand.
 
The combo is to use Burn Up as much as possible. When you get a tails and discard all of your energy, return the energy to your hand with Energy Retrieval and use Blaine to play them both (removing two damage counters in the process) in one turn!
