Hi! This is Delvecchio. After reading Mooch the Psychic Monkey's article on
made up cards, I have decided to submit a few of the cards that I have made
up. So far, I have created 2 expansions, and am working on a new one. Here
are the top five from Delvecchio 1:

1. Gengar
Stage 2 Psychic Pokemon (Evolves from Haunter) 100HP

[Pokemon Power] Dark Gaze
       Effect: As long as Gengar is your active Pokemon, your opponent must
flip a coin after paying energy costs for retreating. If tails, then they
cannot retreat that turn. This power can't be used if Gengar is asleep,
confused or paralyzed.

[PPP] Nightshade 30+
       Effect: Flip two coins. If one is heads then the defending Pokemon is
now confused; if both are heads then the opposing Pokemon cannot attack
Gengar during their next turn and they take 20 extra damage.

[C] Retreat
[No] Weakness
[F] Resistance -30

2.Pikachu
Basic Electric Pokemon 40HP

[Pokemon Power] Pika Power
      Effect: Each energy attached to any of your Pokemon now provides 2
energy of that type instead of one. This power stops working when Pikachu is
asleep, confused or paralyzed.

[C] Tail Strike 10

[No] Retreat
[F] Weakness
[No] Resistance

3. Suicune
Basic Water Pokemon 90HP

[Pokemon Power] Water Control
         Effect: As often as you like during your turn (before you attack),
and if Suicune is benched, you may move one W energy attached to one of your
W Pokemon to another of your W Pokemon. This power can't be used of Suicune
is asleep, confused or paralyzed.

[WWWW] Tsunami 40

[CC] Retreat
[L] Weakness
[No] Resistance

4. Lance's Dragonite
Stage 2 Colourless Pokemon (Evolves from Lance's Dragonair) 120HP

[C] Legendary Power
                Effect: Choose 1 of the Defending Pokemon's attacks.
Legendary Power copies that attack except for its Energy costs and anything
else required in order to use that attack, such as discarding Energy cards.
(No matter what type the Defending Pokemon is, Lance's Dragonite's type is
still Colourless.)

[CCC] Hyper Beam 30
                Effect: You may discard one energy card attached to the
defending Pokemon

[C] Retreat
[W] Weakness
[F] Resistance -30

And here are the best from Delvecchio 2:

1. Bugsy's Scizor
Stage 1 Steel Pokemon (Evolves from Bugsy's Scyther) 100HP

[Pokemon Power] Damage Doubler
Effect:  Whenever Bugsy's Scizor does damage to the defending Pokemon, flip
a coin. If heads, that attack does 10 more damage. This power can't be used
if Bugsy's Scizor is asleep, confused or paralyzed.

[CCC] Pincer Attack 20+
Effect: Flip a coin, if heads this attack does 20 more damage and the
defending Pokemon is paralyzed.

[R] Weakness
[F] Resistance -30
[CCC] Retreat

2. Morty's Gastly lv22
Basic Psychic Pokemon 40HP

[Pokemon Power] Ancient Prophecy
Effect: As long as Morty's Gastly is your active Pokemon, you may see what
card your opponent draws, whenever they draw one. This power stops working
if Morty's Gastly is asleep, confused or paralyzed.

[PP] Pursuit 10
Effect: As long as Morty's Gastly is in play, whenever your opponent
retreats or promotes any Pokemon, do 10 damage to that Pokemon.

[No] Weakness
[F] Resistance -30
[C] Retreat

3. Morty's Houndoom
Stage 1 Dark Pokemon (Evolves from Morty's Houndour) 100HP

[Pokemon Power] Full Moon
Effect: Whenever a Dark Pokemon (your or your opponent's) attacks, that
attack does 10 more damage. This power always works.

[RCD] Flame Wheel 50
Effect: This attack still works when Morty's Houndoom is paralyzed or
asleep, but cannot be used if Morty's Houndoom is confused.

[W] Weakness
[No] Resistance
[C] Retreat

4. Morty:
Effect:  Attach this card to one of your Morty's Pokemon. At the end of your
turn, discard this card. All damage that that Pokemon did is increased by
10, and any poison effects are also increased by 10.

5. Falkner's Venomoth
Stage 1 Grass Pokemon (Evolves from Falkner's Venonat) 70HP

[G] Pollen
Effect: Flip a coin, if heads then the defending Pokemon is Paralyzed and
Poisoned, if tails it is confused and poisoned.

[GGCC] Poisoned Wings 30
Effect: If an attack damages Falkner's Venomoth during your next turn, the
defending Pokemon is poisoned.

[R] Weakness
[F] Resistance -30
[C] Retreat
