hi all this is Ice_Ally here.
I wanna post a article on the new Blaines Ninetails cos i ain't seen that many people mention it and i think it deserves more attention, like most other fire cards. Ok lets look at it first.

<!--StartFragment-->Blaine's Ninetails
Type:  Stage 1 Fire Pokemon (Evolves from Blaine's Vulpix)
LV.27     HP 60
[Pokemon Power]  Fire Recovery

    remove 1 damage counter from this Pokemon.  This Power stops
    working while this Pokemon is Asleep, Confused or Paralyzed.
RR:   Offensive Heat:   50
  Effect:  Flip a coin.  If tails, discard all R Energy cards
    attached to this Pokemon.
-C        Retreat
W         Weakness
No. 038 (Rare)

pretty good with blaine if a vulpix took some shots earlier, offensive heat is also a solid attack despite the coin flip, this might get a good shot in a prop 15-3c enviroment. The HP is a bit weak but fire recovery sorta makes up for it. I don't think Rain Dance will be very popular at all in props so it will be a safe bet probably to play this card. It might also be good with the rocket Charmander because of the power and it can gather the fire. Even with Electrode it could also be pretty good but i ain't sure on that one and with the charmanders it might actually give Charizard a go in Prop 15-3c but i don't think thats a very good idea, maybe dark char, but not base char, you will probably need 25-30 energy anyway so the energy thing shouldn't be too much of a problem, With the chars in you could also add pokemon centre but i think you get the idea of the potential of this card.

P.S if any of u need any help with decks i will help.
