Here is a good way on how to get around those Raindance decks when using Blaine's Ninetales. First have Blaine's Ninetales as your Active Pokemon. Then use Cinnabar City Gym. The card states: Ignore Weakness when a Water Pokemon does damage to a Pokemon with Blaine in its name. Then if Blaine's Ninetales already has damage on it with no energy, use Blaine to give it Fire Energy from your hand and heal it with its Pokemon Power: Healing Fire. With Cinnabar City Gym helping you, it makes Raindance decks easier for Blaine's Ninetales.
