Hello, Turkey here, people have been complaning about the Devolution spray so
after reading Ness's artical I thought it could be used with it. Just Devo.
B. Ninetails and use the B. Vulpix who can heal it self too. So you can
evolve it again, attach another energy to the B. Ninetails for an expensive
potion...
