Grrr. Some dissed Dark Arbok, one of my favorite cards. I'm glad my Arbok is
one a vacation to visit relatives in Egypt. Let's begin.

<<Before I give my TR "stinkers" list, I would like to say that I have
used almost every card in the expansion against most archtypes and some
decks off the top of some trainers heads. I thought I should write this
before Gym Heroes comes out. So *trumpets sound* here it is!>>

You used every card? Good for you. But did you use them correctly? Everyone
knows that Rocket Sneak Attack is a great card, but I have seen people use it
very poorly. Also, maybe the writer just isn't cut out for using certain
cards, like I am not very good with Raindance, but great with Status Effects.

<<Dark Arbok- On the scale of 1-10, 1 being the worst, I give it an 8.
That doesn't mean it's good, just not as impointless to use as some
other "stinkers". Yes, Posion Vapor does damage to all of your opponents
bench, but this card is missing the power needed for a Holo card. I also
don't see Stare doing much, It's like a little Goop Gas! Sure, I can see
this card mixed in with some decks, but as I said before, it doesn't
strike fear into me when it's on my opponents bench!>>

The card is missing power that holos should have? He has instant poison, and
hits everyone on your opponents bench with no drawbacks to you. Sure Articuno
does more damage, but for 1 more energy and possibly hitting your own bench.
Dark Raichu does more damage for the same number of energy, but if the first
coin flip is tails, then nothing happens! You are right about Stare, though.
It isn't worth it. This is a very good card IMO. Oh, and don't try to give
cards numbers. It doesn't work. Next...

<< Dark Dragonite-9.5- I had to think this one over. Giant Tail is WAY TO
CHANCEY for it's energy cost. I'd Rather Chansey's Double-Egde, and
Chansey is Basic, with about 50HP more. I could see it working with
Wiggly decks but I'd Rather a little Uncommon trainer called Challenge.>>

I don't like Dark Dragonite. He's more of a "just for fun" card. You admit
that you don't like his power or attack, yet you give him a 9.5. Numbers
can't be attached to cards. It doesn't work. Get it?

<<Dark Persian-1.5- Need I say more? Okay, I played this one game against
a Persian and the card sucks. (I can't beleive the boss would actually
keep this guy as a pet!?) It's first attack is like a gust o' wind,
can't complain, right? WRONG! Let's compare with Fossil Arbok. For a
colored energy you, at least do damage!!! For the same grass energy you
could use Base Weedle's Poison Sting, instead or DCE for the same
effect. At least with Weedle you have Beedrill to look forward to!!!>>

Don't give cards numbers, but yeah, Dark Persian isn't very good at all.

<<Dark Raticate-4- It's first attack takes 1 Colorless energy more to
inflict the same 20 damage as you could with a Base Rattata or Raticate.
Speaking or Raticate, it has more going for it. First, the only attack
to inflict an unknown amount of damage, send Scyther down to 30 and
finish it of with a Plus power. Horribly similar to Dark Dragonite,
chance attack, final Stage of Evolution (SOE)>>

Another card I agree with you on, but once again, there are numbers being
attached to cards. I think this card is actually better than Dark Dragonite.
You also state that it is 'horribly similar', but you gave Dark Dragonite a
9.5. Hmmmm....

<< Meowth-1- A mini- Long Kick from Fossil Hitmonlee, with a coin flip
added. I like the picture of it though, oops! non-related!>

Yet another number attached to a card. I also think this card is ok. Not
great,or even good. It can work, if you are brave enough to try using it in a
"just for fun"deck.

<<Digger-4.5-Hmmm..., let me flip a coin to see if I do damage to myself.
Firstly, you got a 25% chance of even doing damage to the defender. I'd
rather try Haunter's Dream Eater! Second, if you flip tails, (I hate
trainers that require coin flips!) you do ten damage to yourself!>>

All I can say is, don't put numbers on cards. The card can be useful in a
rage deck. You know, where the more damage on the Pokemon, the more damage
the attack does. Try it out in a Rage deck that is "just for fun." If tails,
your rage attack will hurt more and if heads, the opponent takes a little
damage.

<<Sleep!-.5- yet another Rocket Secret Machine. LISTEN TO ME! First, you
got a 25% chance the thing will even effect your Opponent Pokemon into
not attacking! Flip a coin to see if the thing works and after your
turn. If you bumbed it up to something where it's auto-asleep, yes! By
all means, DO NOT USE THIS CARD>>

More numbers. This card is even more pointless than Digger, yet it was rated
higher! Digger at least can be used in a Rage deck. This can be used for
lining the birdcage floor.

<<Card I feel diserves recognition- Dark Magneton- This card is great!
Same HP as Base's, can mismatch energy or pile up energy(on anything but
Exeggutor) on one single Pokemon. Combined with my Dark Electrode, Dark
Magneton was fully-powered in one turn! It's also not an energy hog just
to give your opponent a prize!>>

In closing, don't put numbers on cards. IMO it doesn't work. Cards are
situational. Most of the time, Prof. Oak is great to have, but when you are
facing a stall deck, you might think twice before using it. See what I mean?
