Hi this is Adam here with an article for you which is:

A list of Non-evolving Basics in Base, Jungle, Fossil and Rocket.c

------------------------------------------------

Farfetch'd - This guy is a mini Scyther, with a first turn attack that can
do 30 (if you flip heads.) But Scyther has 20 more HP, free retreat, and is
a grass type. 8/10

Onix - He may have 90 HP, but his attacks are not exactly high-damage. Works
well in Pokemon Swap (the Mr.Mime and Onix deck) 4/10

Hitmonlee - He has no first turn attack, and ten less HP than Hitmonchan.
Still, his last attack is better than Hitmonchan's, he has better retreat
cost and is good at bench destruction. 7/10

Hitmonchan - 70 HP is good, both his attacks are great. A perfect
anti-Wigglytuff card and is one of the best basic Pokemon out there. 10/10

Lickitung - His 90 HP makes him a great staller, and his attacks help the
stalling while adding a small amount of damage. Great. 8/10

Chansey - 120 HP is the highest hit points of any Basic Pokemon, has better
retreat than Lickitung and a Stalling attack. Works well in damage swap.
9/10

Tangela - 50 HP is bad, no first turn attack, two retreat, bad attacks, this
guy is tripe. Don't use him in any deck. 2/10

Kangaskhan - 90 HP means a great staller and has two useful attacks, but
three retreat. 8/10

Mr.Mime - His power is second only to Blastoise's! Apart from that,
reasonably good attack and good retreat cost. 9/10

Scyther - Like Farfetch'd but gerenally better, Scyther is really effective
with DCE. He can fit into a lot of different decks. 9/10

Jynx - 70 HP is good, second attack is like Mr Mime's meditate. Use
Doubleslap first to get damage on then Meditate for more! 9/10

Electabuzz - 70 HP and the second attack is probably the best two-energy
attack in the game! This card is in my opinion much better than Scyther!
10/10

Magmar (Base) - High damage but 50 HP, two retreat, and no first turn
attack! This card is only slightly better than Tangela. 4/10

Magmar (Fossil) - A greatly improved Magmar, with 70 HP, one retreat and two
status effect inducing attacks. 9/10

Pinsir - Myself I don't like Pinsir because of 60 HP and expensive attacks
(in my opinion). 5/10

Tauros - The closest thing to a Colourless Haymaker, Tauros can be useful
but I think that you should go for Hitmonchan or Electabuzz instead. 6/10

Lapras - 80 HP is unusual, it's nearly always 70 or 90, but certainly good,
his attacks are low damage but can confuse. 8/10

Ditto - Ditto's ability to change into any Pokemon becomes useful when they
think 'I'm going to get Blastoise out and Hydro pump KOing it because it
only has 50 HP!' then they realise that they have 100 HP now! But it can be
killed by a Switch or Gust of Wind! 8/10

Porygon (Base) - No damaging attack, 30 HP, 1 retreat (it's important to
retreat him) but can change weakness. Rocket Porygon is so much better. 1/10

Porygon (Rocket) - This Porygon has 10 more HP, free retreat, the same
useful first turn attack, and a damaging attack! A good card in my opinion.
8/10

Snorlax - Snorlax takes ages to charge up, his attack is rubbish and his
retreat is terrible (4!), but his power does work in a certain deck and has
90 HP. 4/10

Articuno - This legendary bird is best in Rain Dance decks and when used
properly can win you many games. 9/10

Zapdos (Base) - I would say that he's too energy intensive too be good, and
both his attacks have disadvantages. 6/10

Zapdos (Fossil) - A great bench destroyer but is that enough to compensate
for the 40 damage for 4 Electric energy and the possible damage done to
itself? 6/10

Moltres - This card has a very good first attack and a bad second attack. It
isn't really worth charging up for Dive Bomb. 8/10

Mewtwo - This card can be put in a deck with 59 Psychic energy and just made
to do Barrier for the whole game. Psychic is OK. Quite good. 7/10
