There is a problem (well, actually a lot) with Pokemon TCG.  The problem
is caller Archtypes.  Archtypes determine whether you are playing to win
or for fun.  In my Metalware, everyone players Wiggly, except 2-3 that
play Hay or Raindance.  The problem with everyone playing Wiggly is that
after a while, they get very good.  I played a friend of mine 20 times
one day, and 19/20 he got out a full bench without challenge, a fully
pumped Wiggly, and a Pluspower.  He did it with 4/4/4 Bill/Oak/CPU
Search.  I won 4 times with my SER and Haymaker, but the other 16 he
decimated me.  That happens all the time in my environment, making it
hard to win.  I have had to play Hay for about a while just to stay
alive.  You cannot stop that consistency with a simple Hitmonchan.  It
will be KO'd in one hit with the rest.  Now, with Gym Hero's there is a
new deck, the trapper.  Ever since people saw the combo about a year ago,
they have tried to counter it.  It is probably going to take over,
reducing the game to whoever goes first wins.  I don't want archtypes
ruining my original decks.  I like to play Dark Muk, Articuno w/out
Blastoise, and Arcanine.  It is a more fun game when you get to make you
own decks.  Wizards realized the Archtype problem at STS and began
seriously testing an idea the would change Pokemon forever.   They call
it Prop15, limiting the amount of trainers allowed in decks to 15.  I
personally would prefer more, like 17-18 but still it is a good idea
brining a measure of originality to the game.  This would change the way
you play the game forever---for the better.
