Hello, Pokemon Trainers. Ry here.
*applause*
Ry: Now, you all know Gym Heroes comes out in a few days, and you want to
know what those new cards are good for. Well, I'm going to tell you. Today,
we'll look at the Rare Holo pokemon.

Blaine's Moltres-
Well, well, well. Normally, I would use this guy to stall, but.......
Phoenix Flame can be a good attack. Unfortuneatly, it costs 5 Fire energy,
and you might have to shuffle this guy into your deck. That can be a good
thing. Only use Phoenix Flame once this bird has soaked up all the damage he
can, use Phoenix Flame, and hope for tails. Rating- ***

Brock's Rhydon-
ARGH!!! This guy is terrible. Lariat is too crappy for the cost. Stick this
guy on the bench to protect your other Benched Pokemon. Rating- **

Erika's Clefable-
Moon Impact is average, and Fairy Power is pretty good. Again, I wouldn't
put this pokemon in a deck, except with Base Alakazam, but it's your call.
Rating- ***

Erika's Dragonair-
Blizzard isn't bad, but Take Away is a good tactic for getting rid of their
Pokemon. Rating- ***1/2

Erika's Vileplume-
Yet another good Vileplume. The Pokemon Power is excellent, and so is the
attack, which can keep this pokemon alive for a long time. This guy is good.
Rating- ****

Lt. Surge's Electabuzz-
I don't see why Pojo's magazine raved over this guy. Charge is good, but
Discharge is overpriced. Not bad, but not nearly as good as most people say.
Rating- ***1/2

Lt. Surge's Fearow-
Both of the attacks on this guy are awesome. Repeating Drill is almost
broken, and Clutch is very good, keeping the opponent's pokemon in place.
Rating- ***1/2

Lt. Surge's Magneton-
Another crappy Magneton. The Pokemon Power's only purpose is charging up for
a crappy attack. Boo. Hiss. Mega Shock essentially does 30 for 1LLL. Not
good at all. Rating- **

Misty's Seadra-
Slightly above average. Tail Snap deals a quick 20 damage, and Knockout
Needle can either be below average, or incredibly good. A decent pokemon.
Rating- ***1/2

Misty's Tentacruel-
Hmm.... The jury is out on this one. Flee isn't too bad, and Jellyfish
Poison is kind of like Base Koffing only for 2 more energy and 20 more
damage. I'll say average. Rating- ***

Rocket's Hitmonchan-
Both attacks are just broken. Crosscounter is just mean, although if you get
tails it's crappy. Magnum Punch is nice. 1 retreat is also nice. 60 HP?
Hmm.... Rating- ****1/2

Rocket's Moltres-
Well. Rebirth is darn good, and Fire Wall is a decent attack that can hurt
the opponent and protect Moltres. Nice. Rating- ****

Rocket's Scyther-
Shadow Images is VERY good. Rocket Slash is also good for the cost.
Unfortuneatly, 60 HP and a retreat cost knock this guy from 5 stars to 4.
Rating- ****

Sabrina's Gengar- Excellent. Damage Increase can hurt, and Call of the Night
can be good, although if the coin flip fails, it's just average.
Rating- ***1/2

That's it for now. Join me next time for reviews of all the rare pokemon.
Ry, over and out.
