Okay, I was lucky enough to make it to the Gym Heros Prerelease
Tournament at my local Gaming Depot.  I tied for second which got 7
packs, and plus the 2 packs from the start, so I got 9 packs!  Here is a
review of a few cards that got my attention:

Blaine's Moltres
Rare-holo
90 HP
3 Retreat
resistance to Fighting
FFFFF: 90, flip a coin, if tails, shuffle him and all cards attached
into your deck.

Okay, you're probably thinking "5 fire energy?".  Well, it's true, and
the energy symbols look weird too.  Okay, now to the card.  First off,
the power!  90 damage is quite a lot, especially for a basic.  And then
the shuffle-in part.  Darn.  Well, if you're good at flipping coins,
then this card is your deadly weapon.  But if you're not good, it's just
okay.  Pretty good overall, especially since he will almost never go to
the discard.  Also sort of a combo with Pluspower, cause it might get
shuffled in with him instead of discarded. 4/5

Sabrina's Gengar
Rare-holo
Same stats as Fossil
P: Pain Amplifier put a damage counter on each of your opponent's
Pokémon with damage counters on them.
PPP Call of the Night, 40, if this attack doesn't knock them out, flip 2
coins, if both are heads, shuffle the active Pokémon and all cards
attached into your opponents deck.

....Wow.  First attack is a great combo with Fossil Gengar, and it's
second attack is the bomb!  The only real downside is the slightly low
damage, but the effect more than makes up for it.  Great card. 4.5/5

Sabrina's Mr. Mime
Common (!)
50 HP
1 retreat
weakness to Psychic
1 Sleight of Hand take any 3 cards in your hand and put them on top of
your deck.  Then search your deck for any number of basic energy cards,
show them to your opponent, then add them to your hand.  Shuffle your
deck.
1P Slap, 20

Okay, this card surprised me.  I thought the only good Mime would be the
Jungle, but no, I was wrong.  This is a fantastic splash in any
low-energy deck.  Just use it once, and boom!  You're totally stocked
with energy!  Just put in 2-4, and then you can take out like 6 energy!
And it's a colorless attack!  No Invisible Wall, but great nonetheless.
4.25/5

Okay, I was lucky enough to trade for this:

The Rocket's Trap (gotta kick the habit of saying Team)
Rare-holo
Trainer
flip a coin.  If heads, choose up to 3 cards in your opponent's hand at
random, then your opponent shuffles them into their deck.

Okay, this is the card that people are simply scared to death of.  I got
1 in my deck, and you know what?  It it really did help a lot.  But
imagine having 4!  This is the most broken card ever made.  Total
disruption.  And I didn't even use the Trapper combo!  People say that
hype is overthought.  Well, you have to actually try this card!  That
hype will come true, I'm almost certain.  It's really horrible what this
card can (and probably will) do.  Then people say that "this card has
that same horrible flip for Pokéball!", and "It's not that good".  But
the thing that seperates it from Pokéball is that it has a deadly
effect.  Besides, with Pokéball, you're like, "I need this guy!!!".  And
with the "Trapper", you get tails and you're just like, "darn.  But this
is still early in the game, I can still beat him, but it'll just take
longer".   They gotta ban or restrict this thing, and NOT limit you to
15 trainers!  I'll probably quit going to tournament's after that
happens.  But, this isn't a rant on Wizards, so I'll continue.  6/5

Secret Mission aka Spy Tactics.
Uncommon
Trainer
Look at your opponent's hand.  Then you may discard any number of cards
from your hand, then draw that many cards.

Doesn't look like much, but good if you think about it.  Card advantage
based on your opponent's card advantage, I like that.  I managed to
trade for 1 (but of course, I got 3 in my prize packs), and it was
good!  It really reminded me of the card advantage Bill gives when I
used it, except with looking at your opponent's hand.  If you wanna put
them all in, try 3 Oaks, 2-3 Bills, and 2-3 "Secret Mission".  Overall,
really good.  4.5/5

Misty's Tentacruel
same stats as Fossil, but with 70 HP
Pokémon Power: Flee.  If an attack does damage to Misty's Tentacruel,
you may switch him with one of your benched Pokémon and prevent all
other effects of that attack.  It can't be used if they're asleep, etc.
Jellyfish Poison
WW2, 30, flip a coin, if heads. they're now Poisoned.  If tails, they're
now confused.

Wow.  70 HP is good.  Jellyfish Poison is awesome.  Flee is pretty much
a waste of ink, especially since he has free retreat.  But it can help
from getting him Paralyzed or Poisoned or anything I guess.  But the
good greatly outnumbers the bad.  Great card!  4.5/5

Well, that's all for now.  Thanks for reading.  And feel free to e-mail
