Hi this is Adam. Today we take a look at a card from Gym called Blaine's
Quiz #3.

Blaine's Quiz #3
Type:  Trainer
Effect:  Choose a Basic Pokemon card in your hand, and put it
face-down in front of you.  Tell your opponent the name of one
of the attacks on that Pokemon.  Your opponent must guess the
name of that Pokemon, then reveal the card.
If your opponent is correct, your opponent draws 3 cards.  If
incorrect, you draw 3 cards.  (Return the face-down card to
  your hand.)
Picture:  Blaine, with Brock in the foreground with question
  marks above his head.
No number (Uncommon)

This card contains an interesting feature not seen so far in the Pokemon
TCG: a quiz. Here are some points to note about the card:

It gives your opponent the choice whether to try to get it right on not. For
example, if THEY were playing a Stall Deck, and you said the attack was
'Quick Attack', your opponent would be best to say something like 'Dark
Electrode' so that you would have to draw three new cards.

Even if your opponent is trying to get it right, IF your opponent is NOT an
expert on the TCG, say the name of an attack which is not widely used, for
example Rhyhorn's Leer. They will most likely get it wrong, and you have
three new cards.

If you mention the name of an attack which is on more than one BASIC Pokemon
(Ex. Jungle Eevee's Quick Attack and TR Rattata's Quick Attack) then there
is a higher chance that your opponent will get it wrong and you have three
new cards. But, if your opponent knows your deck well and you have only one
of these attacks on Basic Pokemon in your deck, then your opponent will
probably get it right (if they are using a non-stall deck.)

If your opponent is using a non-stall deck, IF your opponent is an expert on
the TCG, and the attack you mention is UNIQUE among BASIC Pokemon, then your
opponent will almost certainly get it right.

----------------------------------------------------------------

To make a deck that revolves around this card, have lots of Basic Pokemon
that have the same attack. Then it would be really hard for your opponent to
get it right.
