Hello again Ekk here with a new Idea that could possibly become a
Archetype. The way I think of a archetype is a deck that can a) Be widely
used without much of a threat (Raindance for instance) or b) Be very flexible
with metagames (Haymaker)
The reason Is that I think this Idea would work good is because the deck
can change relativly easily according to metagame or be vary strong without
much getting hurt but of course I'll have to tell you what the deck is first
well to tell you the truth It's actually Wiggly &  Co.! now this deck may
seem like a turbo Wiggly but it really isn't because it doesn't force up
Wiggly. Ok here's the original deck.:

20 pokemon:
4 Jigglypuff
3 Wigglytuff
4 Spearow
3 Fearow
4 Scyther
2 Ditto

21 energy:
17 Grass energy
4   DCE

19 Trainers:
4 Bill
2 Oak
1 Gambler
2 Scoop Up
4 Gust of Wind
4 ER
2 SER

Well there it is it's one heck of a beauty but the thing is the deck
doesn't have to be written in stone there alot of things that can easily
changed in fact here are a few of them (the ditto is because the metagame
isn't really stable):
Water metagame: Lapras for Scyther
Grass metagame (this is the most dangerous one): Beedrill line for Fearow and
ditto
Fire metagame: Magmar for Scyther
Fighting metagame: Hitmonchan for Scyther
Psychic metagame: Mewtwo for Scyther
For unstable metagames: play ditto

That's the basic over view ok the reason I don't drop Fearow is because
he's vital to the deck he's really strong easy to power resistance to
fighting that's why he's great in the deck see if you know your metagame the
choice is really simple pick your pokemon good but if you don't know play
with general knowledge or the original deck. Also with different types of
decks will affect your choices for that mine were chose because there are
some stall and heavy fire here if hay's are popular choose lots of card
drawing if stall is choose Gamblers.
These are the reasons that I think this kind of deck could become an
arcetype. So if you actually take my advice my email is Spiderycat@aol.com so
seeya from ekk.
