Sup Pojo its MasterVL I was looking over the single card strategy area and mostly everything there is pathetic. Here's what I've seen: "Oh if you can build this deck you can beat Charizard!!!" -SO WHAT "This card is so cool this is the best!" -SO WHAT "You HAVE to have this in your deck!" -MAKE ME And so on, but you get the point. People should be thinking more about helping others instead of letting their childish egotism get ahead of them. Another thing I'd like to point out which many people don't notice is that everyone ASSUMES the their opponent is STUPID or something. I'll give an example that is most commonly seen: "Have a pumped up Blastoise sitting on the bench and let Charizard kill off a weak pokemon. Then have Blastoise out and kill Charizard." This is what any good Charizard player would do. First, if they WANTED to use a Charizard, they would bench Charmeleon or Charmander and have a good basic out like a Hitmonchan or Electabuzz. While the active pokemon battle, Charmeleon would just sit there on the bench and charge up energies every turn. If it gets GoW, then either switch or retreat it. Have about 8 or 10 energies on Charmeleon before evolving into Charizard and DEFINITELY think it over before sending your big bad fire breather out. NEVER waste a perfectly good fire spin if it isn't going to do anything. I would consider Charizard a last resort killer. Also, you can't judge a card's usability just by looking at it. To understand a card you must experience it. Put it into your deck and try it out. Who knows you might even like it. That's all for now, coming soon a Pokemon League report MasterVL kenle@sprintmail.com
