This isn't Magic, where there are like 5000 different cards, and a huge
amount of good decks to make. Plus, Pokemon decks are limited to 60
cards.
With all this in-mind, its obvious that the good decks are going to be
copied
over and over. Many of the great Pokemon cards out have been used to
their
full potential already.

find something else to do. There aren't enough tournaments in my area to
make tournament play worth the time, travel expense, effort, and entry
