------->Geez what the hell is your problem? You seem to have it in for anyone who wants to win a freaking tournament. Wah, wah, raindance beats my deck. Wah wah, haymaker beat me up. Go cry me a river Lady. If a deck works, use it. ** No i have it in for people who can't be creative enough to make their own deck--even if it is just to change 1 or 2 cards from the archetyped origional. ** -------->Some people may have 1000s of cards, but how many actual cards are there? Only about 150 different cards, many of them being nearly useless. This isn't Magic, where there are like 5000 different cards, and a huge amount of good decks to make. Plus, Pokemon decks are limited to 60 cards. With all this in-mind, its obvious that the good decks are going to be copied over and over. Many of the great Pokemon cards out have been used to their full potential already. ** I agree. I think a lot of the great cards are to come in later expansions ** ------->And another thing, you take this game way too seriously. Someone who wants to win is not pathetic. If a haymaker can win you a tourney, go use it. People who use Rain Dance and Haymaker are not pathetic. ** No, I never said people who wanted to win were pathetic. People who can't use thier brains are pathetic. (and Im begining to think that people who can't read are pathetic too) ** -------> You play in the tourneys for the *gasp* fun? Why don't you save your money and play people at local card stores for the *gasp* fun? Well, in tourneys, its fun AND you have a chance to win money. Not too difficult a concept to understand. ** My point here was that I play not for the money, but for the fun. I'ts a GAME. Once you start treating it like a job, it's time for you to find something else to do. There aren't enough tournaments in my area to make tournament play worth the time, travel expense, effort, and entry fee. ** -------> Now you're running you're own tournaments? Great, why don't you outlaw all the good cards, and only let people use Goldeens and Porygons in their decks. Then you won't "bitch" about the "sure kill" decks. ** Actually, I thought about that-- then changed my mind. I'm not complaining about "sure kill decks" but "REALLY STUPID PEOPLE" who can't build a deck of thier own. ** -------> Thinking up a deck to beat up on a certain deck is for scared little children? This is just to idiotic to respond to, but I will try. If a deck destroys your deck, are you going to play that same deck at the next tourney? ** Actually, when I did do that, I wound up coming in 2nd because everyone else changed their decks from the first tournament to the next =P so there ** ----------> Bottom line is, if a deck is good people will use it. **good. Im not saying not to use it... only to touch it up, change it, make it your own... add a bill, take out a chansey and put in snorlax--take out your electrodes and put in eevies and vaporeons.... USE YOUR MIND! For as much as people think it isn't, Pokemon IS a strategy game.** Come play my April Shower Deck on Apprentice ~The Pokemon Lady klvyonne@aol.com ICQ #34137285 Gooey: PokemonLady
