Can't something be done about idiot shark lawyers whose main purpose in
life is to enrich themselves at the expense of others...especially kids who
are just trying to play an innocent game??!!  There is obviously NO gambling
involve in this game or in obtaining the cards....there is a star card in
all decks and TRADING is part of the fun.  Our legal system is obviously in
need of an overhaul...Nintendo and the other companies involved may be
forced to settle this obviously frivolous lawsuit to avoid an expensive and
prolonged trial....so the evil lawyers win no matter what.  What law firm
filed this suit?  If we could find out I would love to begin a letter
writing campaign to inform these obviously uninformed ambulance chasing,
bloodsucking leeches that they are running the risk of ruining something
that brings a little entertainment into our lives in a very benign way.
Please let me know if we can discover who the law firm is that is doing
this, I would like to give them a piece of my mind.  If anyone else agrees
with me, let me know.
