Ok Pojo Fans,
I just wanted to say psyhic pokemon are stallers anyway this is a deck I 
can't build because of Alakazams and Fossil but that shouldn't be a problem 
though. It does use the Damage swap in a way. 

It's pokemon are Mr.Mimes Fossil Haunters ( Why fossil haunters there pokemon 
power is like scrunch!) Alakzam ( Damage swap ) Chancey damage swaper Fossil 
gastlys (their  attack is a maybe stall but he's here to evolve ) Of course 
pokecenters 
defenders ( For the Mime in trouble ) Mewtwo he's a staller and pretty good 
killer.


So this is my idea. Expect for the damage swap
