Dear Pojo, Love the site! I'm writing this article in order to keep everyone up to date on some of the most played deck types, and how Jungle has influenced them. Rain Dance: We lovers of Blastoise and his PokePower got the shaft! With only 3 new Pokes, Goldeen, Seaking, and Vaporean, nothing has changed directly. While some minor facelifts have occured, filling that Chansey hole with Kangaskhan or Snorlax. Still, not much has changed. Haymakers: Scyther is making it interesting. The great bout right now is between him and his rival Farfetch'd for a coveted spot in the haymaker deck. After that, there's nothing. Damage Swap: Damage Swap decks have gone from expensive and inefficant, to moderate on the wallet and quite deadly. With the edition of Mr. Mime, the power of the Damage Swap deck is now truly powerful. Also, with Licktung as your swapee, these decks can be a little cheaper. Energy Trans: These decks have gone from obscure and pitiful to deadly demons. The point of these decks, is more or less, to keep Pokemon powered up with Venusaur's PokePower. With the vast grass edition of jungle, and more colorless these decks promise to make our lives tough. Overload: That's right! A totally new theme! All right, I created this, but still it is a completely jungle based concept. Revolving around the new Pikachu and Electrode, you overload your opponents active and bench too. Coupled with Electrabuzzs and Farfetch'd for boosts in speed, and Kangaskhan to stall while you build up Electrode or Pikachu, this deck is hard to beat. All right, that's all I have! Send me any comments or opinions you might have! -CJ pokefreakazoid@yahoo.com _____________________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
