Dear Pojo, First off, the site is great and all. Now to the point. I need to set the record straight here concerning a few things with the Pokemon TCG and its players: 1. Why is Farfetch'd so good? "Well, you can put him in any deck".So? "He can do a 30 attack with one energy". THEN HE CANT USE IT AGAIN IN THE GAME AND ITS STILL A 50/50 CHANCE OF WORKING! "He has 50hp". A lot of Pokemon have 50hp. Does that make him special? No! "He has resistance to fighting and weakness to electric". Who cares? Weakness to electric means that Farfetch'd will severely suffer to my Fireshock deck, so everyone keep building up those electric decks! Now you tell me one good thing I said about Farfetch'd in this paragraph. Can't find one? That's what I thought. Farfetch'd is pathetic, and if you listen to some of these dorks and put 3 or 4 of them in your deck you will croak come tournys. 2. Why do people collect Japanese Pokemon cards? You can't read them, and no one knows for sure how much they're worth in America. The only reason I'd ever buy a pack is so that I can sell them to the idiots who collect them. And besides, you can't use them in any decks because how're you gonna know what the attack says unless you speak Japanese? 3. Why does everyone relate to Charizard in their articles? I mean, sure he's a great Pokemon, but he's not the Messiah! Fire Spin is probably the best attack in the game, I'll agree. But why do people create whole deck strategies involving beating the crap out of Charizard? Charizard isn't the only great Pokemon. There's also Blastoise, Venusaur, Zapdos, Raichu, Ninetales, Clefairy, and Chansey. Charizard isn't the only good Pokemon, so stop relating to him in all of your articles! This is the story i'm sticking with. If your unhappy with it, I'd like to hear your opinion. I hope by reading this you will think before you go out and buy a dozen packs of Japanese cards, put 3 or 4 Farfetch'd in your deck, or mention Charizard in your article (unless, of course, your writing an article about Charizard, then that would be an exception). Thank you. Brendan Hall--wlfpack47@hotmail.com
