You all say fire types suck, right? here's my opinion about the types. Fighting: fighting pokemon are great, as long as they remain basic pokemon. They do very quick damage. Machoke sucks. Machamp isn't much better. Primeape's first attack can totally miss. It's second attack and end up confusing itself. Marowak has a similar problem. I'd say hitmonchan is probably the best fighting type. Fire: fire pokemon are also good. At any stage, they do great damage. And please, quit doubting Charizard. It can be a great card in many ways. Also, all fire pokemon have 50 or more HP. Their only drawback is that terrible dicarding thing. Who thought of that? Grass:grass is another great type. They're good at getting pokemon into conditions, like poison. They also have a quite low retreat average. Bad part: weakness to fire. Fire types deal alot of damage. Lightning: Lightning pokemon. The masters of suicide. That's the bad part. Here's the good part. paralysis, high damaging attacks, and the unique Raichu's agility, possibly the best attack in the lightning group Psychic: Masters of sickness. If you like sleep or confuse attacks, use psychic types. They may have low HP but have freat attacks. Kadabra has an attack that does 50 damage and a recover attack. Alakazam has a confusion attack and a totally awesome pokemon power. Water: Water pokemon are great. The basic pokemon in this group suck. Evolve them as fast as you can.(Just make sure you have the energy you need) Blastoise, Poliwrath, and more are just plain terrific. Colorless: All colorless pokemon have a resistance to either fighting or psychic. Clefairy, Chansey, and Dragonair are great! Top 3 for each type: Fighting: Hitmonchan, Rhydon, Rhyhorn Fire: Charizard, Magmar, Flareon Grass: Vileplume, Beedrill, Butterfree Lightning: Jolteon, Raichu, Electrode, old and new Psychic: Kadabra, Alakazam, Mr. Mime Water: Poliwrath, Vaporeon, Gyarados Colorless: Clefable/Clefairy, Chansey, Dragonair According to me, I think all types should deserve some credit Chris Van Brushfire2000@netscape.net
