Yes after reading all of the new killer decks I was a little confused. I 
believe you should stick to the standards you say you will enforce. It is a 
tear jerker to watch so many things that don't fit the requirments that you 
said you would use starting 7-2-99. Most are not the best of the best. In 
fact I read one that has no deck list or report. You should stick to what 
you said you would do. Make it a tourny report section instead of killer 
decks. And if they really want there decks up but have no place to play they 
would make up a report but don't let them off by saying I played in a 
tourney and came in 3rd. Also some of the decks that have reports are just 
to general. It says something like:

Round 3 vs my son:
I lost. It was all his game.

What is that.
Some of the reports are good though. And those are all you should post. I 
will send in a great tourney report soon since I will attend a tourney this 
staurday but I will wait to august to post it so it will hopefully be with 
several other "Stellar" decks.
