For playing Pokemon online, there is also a utility called CardTable.  It 
creates a virtual play area for your TCG games.  It has the capabilities to 
create any type of deck (There is an additional program available that makes 
this real easy).  The cards have full text on them for easy reference and 
both users are allowed to move the cards about.  If you are interested, check

PS: There is also a patch of Apprentice (Typically for Magic: The Gathering 
online) that supports Pokemon.  As soon as I can check it out I'll add it to
